London and the Arts Travel Course

This past Easter break, the American College of Norway ventured to London for an arts travel course led by visiting faculty, Dr. Tami Carmichael from the University of North Dakota. On their tour of London, the students took in art of various forms around every corner of London. Thank you, Dr. Carmichael for leading such a successful travel course filled with tons of art, lots of laughs and new friendships! Where should we have faculty led travel courses next school year?!

My Second Home, Moss, Norway

An ACN Halloween Tradition

Halloween wouldn’t be the same at ACN without our annual haunted house! This year, our American (College of Norway) Horror Story – Haunted House, had record breaking turnout and rave reviews, easily making it one of our most successful haunted houses to date!

A Once in a Lifetime Travel Course to the Arctic!

During this year’s fall break, American College of Norway students, faculty and staff went on a once in a lifetime Arctic expedition to Svalbard, Norway – Norway’s farthest northern territory! This exciting travel course was led by Dr. John Ross and this year’s ACN students got to explore Pyramiden, hike thousand-year-old glaciers and listen to educational lectures at the University Centre in Svalbard (UNIS)!
