A tribute to Janet Marilyn Moen, a beloved former faculty member and dedicated supporter of the American College of Norway, honoring her lasting impact on the ACN community.
We are deeply saddened to share the passing of Janet Marilyn Moen, a cherished former faculty member and devoted supporter of the American College of Norway.
Janet taught at ACN an incredible eleven times between 1994 and 2009, and remained a strong advocate for both the college and the ACN Foundation, USA. Her legacy extends far beyond the classroom - through the students she mentored, the faculty she recruited, and the inspiration she sparked in all who knew her.
Her warmth, humility, and unwavering optimism touched our community profoundly. Janet believed in the power of dialogue and education to shape a better world -ideals she championed throughout her life and work.
We are grateful for her lasting contributions and hold her memory close in our hearts.
