Summer School 2020 Canceled

Please read our latest post about the recent developments of COVID-19 (coronavirus) in Norway and ACN's plan. ACN will continue to monitor the global situation and will follow up with any changes. Thank you for your cooperation. Stay strong, ACNers!

Dear Summer School Participants,

The American College of Norway works hard to provide a safe and supportive on-campus environment for all students. Therefore, it is with a heavy heart that we have decided to cancel this year’s summer program due to the global outbreak of COVID-19 (coronavirus). Although there are no known cases on campus, ACN believes that preventative measures can help flatten the curve. We were looking forward to welcoming students from all over the U.S. to Norway this summer, but safety is of the utmost importance. The 2020/2021 academic year is currently being planned and we encourage all applicants to consider applying for a semester abroad during the academic year. We have extended the current deadline of May 1 in order to accommodate all of you. If you would like to attend ACN, don’t hesitate to contact us. We can’t wait to welcome you in the near future. We thank you for your understanding and encourage you to continue practicing good hygiene and social distancing so we can meet you sooner.

Stay healthy,

American College of Norway
