The American College of Norway would like to let all prospective students know that we are closely monitoring the global situation and while we know that things may change, we continue planning for the 2020/2021 academic year. The fall semester is scheduled to begin with our annual Welcome Week on August 10th, with classes starting on August 17th. 

If you are interested in starting your U.S. bachelor’s degree at ACN, or if you were hoping to study abroad in Norway, we strongly encourage you to apply to our program. Simply fill out the easy online application by May 1st to meet our priority application deadline. Once completed, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail which lists all supporting documents you must send in to finish your application. Once we have received them, ACN’s Admissions Committee can typically let you know their decision in two weeks.

ACN is closely monitoring the situation and will update applicants if anything changes. We have full confidence in the efforts made by the Norwegian government and those around the world that we will successfully be able to begin the academic year without delay.

A Chat with Summer School Professor Dr. Tami Carmichael
