Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at 02:40PM On Thursday September 1st we had the pleasure of hosting a seminar by Bruce Gjovig and Jørn Eriksen at the City Hall in Moss! Bruce, the founder and director of the Center for Innovation in Grand Forks, North Dakota presented How to start and develop a business? Ten successful steps to start your business. Following Bruce’s inspiring presentation, Jørn Eriksen, the CEO of ProjectionDesign, presented Slik har vi gjort det, explaining the success and history of his company.
CEO Jørn Eriksen leader company "projectiondesign" in Fredrikstad, a company he was the creator of. The company currently has 140 employees and delivers its solutions worldwide. Jørn Eriksen has previously been in the management of Ashand InFokus on Kråkerøy.
Director Bruce Gjovig (with family roots in Norway) leads America's third most successful incubator to help people who have a business side to really do it and help smaller companies with further development. He has received numerous awards as America's leading business entrepreneur. Bruce understands some Norwegian, but will speak in English. Anyone who wishes may help to translate the questions to him and a simple translation of the posts for Bruce. Bruce Govig has collaborated with Norwegian Master's students who want to start their own businesses in the U.S. for over 20 years.
